A real and authentic conversation about what is the desired future, and what are our strengths, opportunities and aspirations is several times more engaging and inspiring than the perfect strategic plan we can create. When the voices of our clients and stakeholders are heard, when we design our products and/or services with their needs in mind, we no longer need “buy-in” as we have built-in their needs and aspirations. It is no longer an “us vs. them” mentality, as we are all in this together.
