Escape Room at your office

Do you need a team building session?

Try something totally different!

Escape Room to office

We have worked with many organizations and one of the most common complaints we hear is: some people don’t want to have a team building session.

Other managers said they went with their teams and enjoyed an evening of fun. They had a great experience in an Escape Room and thought: “If only people had learned from that, we would have improved the way we worked together…”

Well, we are all about purposeful play, as we believe that people learn more when they are enjoying what they do. So, we designed a 3-hour experiential learning activity that includes 1 hour of Escape Room experience, and a 2-hour learning session that helps the team debrief and learn some practices to improve team efficiency. The 2-hour learning session can expands to the rest of the day, depending on the topic. With our help, your employees can also generate a plan of skill development.

We bring the props and puzzles to your office, and use your own meeting room to deliver a great experience!

Each session has a different degree of complexity and can accommodate from 3 to 25 people.

We have 8 different themed Escape Rooms to bring to your office and we can certainly accommodate to your needs. Because we’re kind of fiction geeks, our current themes are: Vampires, Zombies, Frankenstein, Werewolves, Ghosts, Muggles, First Nations and Aztecs vs. Mayans.

The team arrives to the session, receives the instructions needed to play and successfully escape the room, and the fun is on!

After one hour is up, we debrief the experience with appreciative questions. The team has now a shared experience to build on. They talk about what worked and how to be more effective.

Then, we facilitate a learning session on the topic you select: leadership, team dynamics, collaboration, communication, problem solving, or personality types, to help the team make sense of the experience and gain practical knowledge that can be apply immediately.

There are many skills that can be learned in an escape room experience. Teams will need creativity, problem solving, leadership, critical thinking, communication, negotiation, listening, collaboration and other skills in order to succeed. Here you will find more details on how your teams can improve their skills by participating in this team building experience.

If you are not ready to try out an Escape Room yet, we also offer different team building sessions.
