Marcela Urteaga is an organizational consultant passionate about learning and change. She holds a BA in Human Relations (Universidad de Monterrey, Mexico) and an MA in Human Systems Intervention (Concordia University, Canada), as well as certificates in Organizational Development, Coaching, Leadership, and Sustainable Happiness. Marcela has 20 years of corporate experience in Organizational Development, Training, Change Management and Human Resources, in large multinational companies such as Monster, Panasonic, and FEMSA, and currently works for one of the largest universities in Canada. She has led the teams responsible for Change management, HR planning, talent management, organizational transformation and customer service in different companies. Marcela has been facilitating workshops and group sessions (live and online) since 1994, in Mexico, U.S.A., and Canada, to help individuals, communities and corporations develop their competencies and access their inner wisdom.
Héctor Cadena is a Creative Advisor. He is interested in sustainability, the planet, ethics, and professionalism. He is enthusiastic about the visual communication and enjoys finding different ways to apply the 3 green R. He holds a Bachelor degree in Graphic Design and has extensive experience in applicate and teaching creativity, graphic design, and graphic communication. He has designed logotypes and images with different approaches for individuals, organizations, and companies; he has created corporate culture campaigns for international companies and has been responsible for several corporate identity campaigns.

Susan Goodfellow is an organizational consultant and executive coach with more than 35 years of experience. Her interest in building capacity in individuals, teams and organizations through planned interventions is reflected in her work as change and organizational effectiveness consultant. Susan holds a Bachelor in Education (Mount Saint Vincent University) and Master degree in Education and Counseling Psychology (OISE/UT) as well as a Diploma in Fundamentals in Organizational Development (Canadian Organizational Development Institute).
She has extensive experience in designing and implementing process reviews, strategic planning, team building, process improvement, conflict resolution, workshop facilitation, workforce adjustment, management development and change management strategies, as well as coaching, consultation, facilitation, and public speaking. Susan has worked with non-profit and public sector organizations helping them to be more effective.
