Marcela Urteaga – Culture Designer
Marcela Urteaga is an organizational consultant passionate about learning and change. She holds a BA in Human Relations (Universidad de Monterrey, Mexico) and an MA in Human Systems Intervention (Concordia University, Canada), as well as certificates in Organizational Development, Coaching, Leadership, and Sustainable Happiness. Marcela has 20 years of corporate experience in Organizational Development, Training, Change Management and Human Resources, in large multinational companies such as Monster, Panasonic, and FEMSA, and currently works in Change Management for York University, one of the largest universities in Canada. She has led the teams responsible for change management, HR planning, talent management, organizational transformation and customer service in different companies. Marcela has been facilitating workshops and group sessions (live and online) since 1994, in Mexico, U.S.A., and Canada, to help individuals, communities and corporations develop their competencies and access their inner wisdom.
Hector Cadena – Creative Consultant
Héctor Cadena is a Creative Advisor. He is interested in sustainability, the planet, ethics, and professionalism. He is enthusiastic about the visual communication and enjoys finding different ways to apply the 3 green R. He holds a Bachelor degree in Graphic Design and has extensive experience in applicate and teaching creativity, graphic design, and graphic communication. He has designed logotypes and images with different approaches for individuals, organizations, and companies; he has created corporate culture campaigns for international companies and has been responsible for several corporate identity campaigns.

Susan Goodfellow –
Organizational Consultant and Coach
Besides being an amazing human being, Susan Goodfellow is an organizational consultant and executive coach with more than 35 years of experience. Her interest in building capacity in individuals, teams and organizations through planned interventions is reflected in her work as change and organizational effectiveness consultant. Susan holds a Bachelor in Education (Mount Saint Vincent University) and Master degree in Education and Counseling Psychology (OISE/UT) as well as a Diploma in Fundamentals in Organizational Development (Canadian Organizational Development Institute).
She has extensive experience in designing and implementing process reviews, strategic planning, team building, process improvement, conflict resolution, workshop facilitation, workforce adjustment, management development and change management strategies, as well as coaching, consultation, facilitation, and public speaking. Susan has worked with non-profit and public sector organizations helping them to be more effective.
Rosa Elia Chavarria – Organizational Development Consultant
Over her 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Transformation, Rosy (as her friends call her) has developed a unique style of working with teams: engaging, fun, experiential and results-oriented. Her energy and creativity were instrumental in the organizational transformation of one of the largest beverage companies in the Americas. She has proven experience building the capacity of the organization through the development of sales and human resources teams, leaders and executives.
Rosy believes that organizations thrive when they invest in developing their people, as they increase productivity and consistently strive to achieve their goals.
Rosy has a B.A. in Psychology, a M.A. in Organizational Development and certificates in Appreciative Inquiry, Leadership, Team Building and Training. Her areas of expertise are organizational development, strategic planning, employee engagement, talent development, culture and change management.
Montserrat Cadena – Creative Assistant and Coffee Taster
Montserrat is a passionate teenager, currently exploring her talents as a creative assistant and graphic recording. She helps with the creation of props for Escape Rooms, learns social media, handles the Fandom Division and offers her shrewd opinions without holding back, as most teenagers do.
She is still on the fence between becoming a cheddar cheese authority and a set designer, so, this is a good start, isn’t it?
Bastet – Office Host and Box Tester
Born and raised in Montreal, avid reader, Star Trek fan, cat-food connoisseur. Her responsibilities include staff supervision, time keeping and gravity testing. Bastet also handles insects complaints, ergonomics, keyboard maintenance and keeps our spirits high. She loves to cuddle and remind us that life is beautiful when we enjoy what we do.
